Welcome to BeePatron.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeePatron website, platform, digital dashboard, customer account, subscriptions, gift purchases, physical products, digital content, livestream features, certificates, updates, emails, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.
By accessing BeePatron, placing an order, creating an account, purchasing a package, purchasing a gift, subscribing, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use BeePatron.
BeePatron creates premium bee-related patronage experiences that connect customers with real beekeeping stories, partner destinations, seasonal updates, digital features, certificates, and, where included in the selected package, physical products such as honey.
BeePatron is not a charity, nonprofit organization, investment product, agricultural ownership program, or financial return program unless expressly stated otherwise.
A BeePatron purchase is a customer experience and support-based product. It does not give you ownership of any hive, bees, land, honey production, farm, apiary, partner business, or physical asset.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, to make a purchase on BeePatron.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding purchase.
If you purchase BeePatron as a gift, you are responsible for ensuring that the recipient can lawfully receive and access the relevant product, digital experience, or physical shipment.
BeePatron may offer different types of packages, including but not limited to:

Package content may vary depending on season, destination, partner availability, shipping limitations, local production, customs rules, technical availability, and operational conditions.
BeePatron may update, improve, replace, pause, or discontinue packages where reasonably necessary.
When BeePatron uses words such as “adopt”, “adoption”, “patron”, “sponsor”, “support”, “hive”, “your hive”, or similar expressions, these terms are used as part of the customer experience and storytelling model.
They do not mean that you legally own a hive, bees, land, honey production, equipment, or any physical asset.
Your purchase supports and connects you with a real beekeeping-related experience, but it does not create property rights, agricultural rights, voting rights, revenue rights, or ownership rights.
BeePatron is built around appreciation for bees, nature, local craftsmanship, and authentic beekeeping stories.
However, BeePatron does not guarantee any specific environmental result, biodiversity impact, carbon reduction, bee population increase, honey yield, conservation outcome, or measurable ecological effect from an individual purchase.
Any environmental, beekeeping, destination, or sustainability-related statements on BeePatron are intended to be truthful, responsible, and based on available information. We avoid exaggerated or unsupported environmental claims.
BeePatron may work with independent beekeepers, destinations, farms, hospitality partners, creators, or local producers.
These partners may contribute honey, storytelling, images, videos, seasonal updates, physical fulfillment, or other parts of the BeePatron experience.
Partner availability may change over time. If a partner, destination, apiary, hive, honey source, livestream, or physical fulfillment option becomes unavailable, BeePatron may provide a reasonable alternative, adjust the experience, delay fulfillment, replace the partner experience, offer digital alternatives, or provide another appropriate customer solution.
We will not intentionally mislead customers about whether a specific partner, destination, or beekeeper is actively connected to a current package.
Some BeePatron packages may include access to a digital dashboard or customer account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account access with unauthorized users, interfere with the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, or misuse the Service.
BeePatron may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
Digital access may change over time as we improve or modify the Service.
BeePatron may provide digital content such as photos, videos, seasonal updates, certificates, dashboard entries, livestreams, near-live views, recorded content, QR content, emails, and partner stories.
Digital content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Livestreams, camera views, and video features may be paused, unavailable, delayed, replaced, or removed due to weather, technical issues, privacy, guest safety, animal safety, partner operations, events, maintenance, security concerns, poor connectivity, or reputational concerns.
BeePatron does not guarantee uninterrupted livestream access or continuous availability of any camera feed.
Some packages may include a digital or physical certificate.
Certificates are symbolic and part of the customer experience. They do not represent legal ownership, charitable donation receipts, investment certificates, securities, agricultural rights, or official government documents.
Personalized certificates must be reviewed carefully before submission. BeePatron is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, wrong recipient names, wrong gift messages, or incorrect personalization details.
Some BeePatron packages may include physical products such as honey, printed materials, cards, packaging, or other items.
Where honey is included, it is a food product and should be handled, stored, and consumed responsibly.
Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, or food safety concerns, you should consult a qualified professional before consuming honey or any food product.
BeePatron does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice.
Physical products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, labeling, size, color, batch, harvest season, origin details, or presentation due to natural production, partner availability, shipping requirements, customs rules, or operational needs.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and recipient information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and complete.
BeePatron is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, incomplete recipient information, refusal of delivery, unavailable recipients, local import restrictions, or failure to respond to carrier requests.
We may reject, cancel, pause, or refund an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, pricing error, stock unavailability, shipping impossibility, compliance issues, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Prices are shown at checkout.
Taxes, sales tax, VAT, duties, import charges, shipping fees, or other charges may apply depending on your location, package type, and applicable law.
Where possible, BeePatron aims to clearly show material costs before checkout. However, international orders may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes, carrier fees, or local charges that are outside BeePatron’s direct control unless expressly stated as included.
Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already completed, unless there was an obvious pricing error.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize BeePatron and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your purchase, subscription, shipping, taxes, and any other charges shown at checkout.
BeePatron does not store full payment card details.
If your payment fails, your order or subscription may be delayed, paused, or canceled.
Some BeePatron packages may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize BeePatron to charge you automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel.
The subscription price, renewal period, included benefits, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase.
You may cancel your subscription through your account, by following the cancellation instructions, or by contacting BeePatron support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. It does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or expressly stated in the package terms.
BeePatron may update, replace, or modify subscription benefits over time, provided the overall experience remains reasonably aligned with the package purchased.
If a specific partner, destination, hive, livestream, or physical product becomes unavailable during a subscription, BeePatron may provide a reasonable alternative or adjusted experience.
BeePatron packages may be purchased as gifts.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient information, gift message details, delivery details, and timing expectations.
BeePatron is not responsible if a gift is delayed or cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, recipient unavailability, customs issues, carrier issues, or factors outside BeePatron’s reasonable control.
Gift recipients may need to create an account or accept certain terms to access digital features.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Shipping may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, seasonal demand, partner availability, food import checks, holidays, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or events outside BeePatron’s control.
For international shipments, customs clearance may be required. Depending on the shipping model and destination country, customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees may apply unless expressly stated as included at checkout.
BeePatron may use direct shipping, batch shipping, third-party logistics, local fulfillment partners, international carriers, or other fulfillment methods.
If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, or returned, BeePatron will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, reshipment, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.
Because many BeePatron products are personalized, digital, food-related, seasonal, limited, or gift-based, not all orders are eligible for return or cancellation after processing begins.
Digital products, personalized certificates, activated dashboard access, gift messages, food products, and shipped items may be non-returnable unless defective, damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or required by applicable law.
If there is a problem with your order, contact BeePatron support as soon as possible and include your order number, photos if relevant, and a description of the issue.
BeePatron may offer a refund, replacement, correction, reshipment, credit, or other solution at its discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Shipping, customs, taxes, processing fees, or other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective physical item, you must contact BeePatron support within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue.
BeePatron may require additional information to assess the claim.
If the claim is approved, BeePatron may provide a replacement, reshipment, refund, or other reasonable remedy.
You agree not to:
BeePatron may refuse, edit, cancel, or remove content submitted by customers if it is offensive, unlawful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, political, hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
If you submit names, messages, photos, text, reviews, testimonials, feedback, or other content to BeePatron, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
You grant BeePatron a limited right to use customer-submitted content as necessary to fulfill your order, create certificates, provide customer support, process personalization, and operate the Service.
BeePatron will not use your private personal content for public marketing without your consent, unless it has been submitted as a public review, testimonial, social media tag, or otherwise clearly intended for public use.
If you provide a review, testimonial, public comment, social media tag, or other public feedback about BeePatron, you allow BeePatron to share, repost, quote, display, or reference that public feedback for BeePatron-related marketing, unless you ask us not to.
BeePatron may edit testimonials for length, grammar, or formatting, but will not knowingly change the meaning of your statement.
Any partnerships, endorsements, influencer relationships, affiliate relationships, or material commercial connections should be disclosed where required by applicable rules.
BeePatron, including its name, brand, website, platform, dashboard, certificates, designs, text, images, videos, graphics, logos, software, customer experience, product structure, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit BeePatron materials without written permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Partner names, destination names, images, likenesses, stories, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
BeePatron may use third-party services for payment processing, email, hosting, analytics, shipping, fulfillment, customer support, livestreaming, marketing, customs, and other operational functions.
Your use of BeePatron may involve third-party terms, policies, or processing practices.
BeePatron is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, carrier delays, payment provider issues, customs processing, internet outages, or platform failures outside its reasonable control.
BeePatron’s collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using BeePatron, you agree that your personal information may be processed as necessary to operate the Service, fulfill orders, process payments, provide support, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
For orders involving physical delivery, BeePatron may share necessary recipient and shipping information with fulfillment partners, carriers, customs brokers, and other service providers.
BeePatron content is provided for general informational, educational, storytelling, and customer experience purposes only.
BeePatron does not provide medical, legal, tax, environmental, agricultural, nutritional, investment, or professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
BeePatron may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We may change website features, dashboard functionality, livestream access, package benefits, partner content, subscription features, product availability, or fulfillment processes where reasonably necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing the value of paid customer experiences, but some changes may be required due to operational, seasonal, technical, partner-related, legal, shipping, or compliance reasons.
BeePatron is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, disease affecting bees, poor harvest, customs delays, shipping disruptions, strikes, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, regulatory changes, supplier shortages, internet outages, platform failures, or other force majeure events.
BeePatron is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeePatron disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific results, specific environmental outcomes, specific delivery dates, or continuous livestream availability.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeePatron shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, loss of data, reputational harm, emotional distress, business interruption, or loss arising from delays, unavailable content, unavailable livestreams, partner changes, customs issues, or shipping delays.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeePatron’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant BeePatron package.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold BeePatron harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of unlawful or unauthorized content.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Before starting any formal legal action, you agree to first contact BeePatron and attempt to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties will attempt to resolve it through good faith mediation where practical.
Nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
BeePatron may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on the website with a new “Last updated” date.
If changes are material, BeePatron may provide additional notice where reasonably practical.
Your continued use of BeePatron after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
